Cafe Lulu was founded on a straightforward idea — Eagle Pass deserves a place where quality baked goods, thoughtfully selected groceries, and genuinely good coffee live under one roof. No shortcuts, no mass-produced shortcuts, just real food made with care every single day.
Our bakers start early so you can start right. Every loaf, pastry, and batch of cookies is made from scratch in-house. The grocery section carries pantry staples and everyday essentials we'd want in our own kitchen. That's the standard.
